Mindfulness in the Classroom & Beyond

This resource is designed for us ALL to assist in our navigation through these stressful and uncertain times. We are intentional in our effort to inspire others, share information, engage in wellness practices and provide resources for use beyond our sessions.

Session 1

We will introduce the concept of mindfulness and its practical uses in the classroom and beyond. Al Llorens will guide us through a very meaningful Tai Chi practice that will be applicable beyond this session.
