The IEA Educator Pipeline supports the Illinois Education Association (IEA) staff, members, locals, chapters and clubs by providing support to the growth of educators beginning in high school through their first 10 years in the profession. Our programs include Educators Rising (high school), Aspiring Educators (collegiate), and Early Career (IEA members in their first 10 years).
