WHEN: Thurs., Sept 26, 5 p.m.
NOTE: CEA members will rally ahead of the CES 95 board meeting tonight. The rally will begin at 5 p.m. outside of the district administrative center. The board meeting will begin at 6 p.m. Public session of the board meeting begins at approximately 7 p.m.
