Learn about the Empowering Our Own Program

Learn how Empowering Our Own can support leadership development and member engagement within your local. During this two-hour online workshop, you’ll explore NEA and IEA resources, tools, workbooks, and programs designed to support leadership development, professional learning communities, and mentoring. You’ll also meet members of the Empowering Our Own team and learn how our Technical Support Teams can work directly with your local to provide guidance, resources, and support.
