Aspiring Educators Conference and Early Career Retreat 2026
Complete this form if you are interested in presenting a 60 minute breakout session for the 2026 Aspiring Educators/Early Career Conference on April 10-11, 2026 in Bloomington, Illinois. We are requesting proposals for professional development sessions that will be scheduled on Saturday, April 11, 2026.

The IEA Educator Pipeline supports the Illinois Education Association (IEA) staff, members, locals, chapters and clubs by providing support to the growth of educators beginning in high school through their first 10 years in the profession. Our programs include Educators Rising (high school), Aspiring Educators (collegiate), and Early Career (IEA members in their first 10 years). Please complete this form to indicate your interest in a speaker/presenter attending an event at your school/chapter/local to promote the IEA Educator Pipeline.
