Our journey to become trauma-informed continues! Join us to gain an understanding of the science behind ACEs, Trauma, and Toxic Stress. Learn the impact of trauma and toxic stress on student learning and gain insight into ways to mitigate their effects. Develop strategies to better engage with students and positively impact student learning. With a better understanding of student and adult SEL, become better prepared to develop target areas for self-care and community care. These sessions will be offered at the local office Professional Development Hubs in the north and are open to all members.
