The 2021 IEA One Conference will be a virtual event held on October 1-2, 2021. We are seeking proposals to present at the 2021 One Conference. The focus of the Conference will be on Advocacy, Leadership and Professional Development. Only fully completed RFPs will be accepted. The deadline for RFPs is April 30, 2021, and no RFPs will be accepted after this date. Trainers for the sessions selected will be notified by e-mail.

Please provide the description of your Elective session. The description should accurately reflect the content and purpose of your session. It may be necessary to edit descriptions for use in the conference brochure. Electives will be offered to participants late Friday afternoon /evening and again on Saturday morning. Elective sessions will be 60 minutes in length. Presenters may combine two sessions to create double sessions. Here are a few examples of Elective session topic areas: • Bargaining Preparation • Writing Contract Language • Communications • Unionism • Team Building • Political Action

- Aligns to State-approved standards; or
- Are college courses.
