Early Career Teachers Professional Development Day

The 2018 IEA Early Career Teachers Professional Development Day is a networking and professional development event sponsored by the IEA Early Career Teachers Committee. This event aims to meet the needs of teachers in their 1st through 10th years of teaching.

There will be a large group, small groups, breakout session topics, and social activities. We expect approximately 50 attendees from all over the Chicago suburban area. Topics include Google apps for education, Free online resources and apps for your classroom, Writing SLOs and classroom assessments, Using restorative practices with students who have had Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), IEA/NEA member benefits and discounts, and many more!

Please join us for this fun event! The non-refundable $20 registration fee includes lunch, and all sessions. Register by January 10 for the Early Bird registration fee of $10.
