Governor Rauner’s anti-middle class “Turnaround Agenda” will be a topic for discussion in various places in Illinois this week. It’s hard to know all of the places it will be considered because the resolution’s advocates know that, when the language is analyzed, support for the attack on working people seems to evaporate.
