Illinois is one of 18 states to be selected for a Preschool for All Development grant. Illinois will receive $20 million annually for the next four years to expand full day, high quality preschool.

Additionally, it was also announced that more than $18 million will be awarded to Illinois communities through the Early Head Start Child Care Partnerships grant program enabling child care providers to better serve infants and toddlers from low income families.
